It is designed, established and managed in a secure way, in such a way that it guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the informant and of any third party mentioned in the communication, and of the actions that are carried out in the management and processing of the same, as well as the data protection, preventing access by unauthorized personnel. The channel allows the presentation of verbal and written communications. Threats of retaliation and attempted retaliation against persons who make a communication in accordance with the law are also prohibited. By way of example, the following are considered prohibited reprisals: Suspension of the employment contract, dismissal or termination of the employment relationship, annulment of contracts, imposition of disciplinary measures; Damages, including those of a reputational nature, or economic losses, coercion, intimidation or harassment; Negative evaluation or references regarding work performance; Inclusion in blacklists or dissemination of information that hinders access to employment or the contracting of works;
